Hi Love a Dog,
Hamish is a 22 month old Border Collie. He’s a good, well trained dog but the trailbikes, garbage truck, noisy cars and birds get him barking and then he just can’t stop !
It was driving me mad and we had a few comments from neighbours. It was a problem I wanted to nip in the bud.

We heard about the Thundershirt on a radio vet pet show and I thought it might be worth a try.
WHAT A DIFFERENCE.
When we received it in the mail I put it straight on him. He was very comfortable in it and he just relaxed. He was so calm that he was allowed inside, he just lay on the mat and snoozed……..amazing.

Last night we had visitors, although he greeted them he didn’t jump all over them as usually would. He was content to doze on the mat. They ended up asking if Hamish was unwell !
Its lovely to see him so content and relaxed.

Well here we are at last! On the road to achieving the latest dream of an online store that offers dog lovers the opportunity to purchase quality, and unique items at affordable prices for your treasured pooches.

This store was inspired by one very special dog,……. no two very special dogs. Gypsy and Bentley.
Gypsy my Staffy cross female passed away in September last year after 13 years of wonderful companionship. It took a few months before I was ready to love another, but finally in January this year, after a trip to the Animal Welfare League at Yatala, beautiful Bentley came into our life.

Together, Bentley and I have had a great time with the creation of “Love a Dog”, with Bentley just loving his job as chief product tester! Needless to say he has his list of favourite items that you can find in the store, that all have his paw of approval!

We look forward to the journey ahead, continually adding new products to our various collections.
